As a viewer to this video, I am incredibly disgusted by the Mayor's unprofessioanl handling of a council meeting. Everything about the way he conducted this meeting is ridiculous by far. It appears to me that he should take a course in "Conducting a Proper Meeting 101" An agenda should include area's for discussion, which allows input from council members therefore ensuring thorough thought and open discussion leads to good decision making. Barney Fife would have at least seen that a proper meeting was conducted.
Have you ever thought about publishing an e-book or guest authoring on other sites? I have a blog centered on the same information you discuss and would really like to have you share some stories/information. I know my readers would enjoy your work.
